Frigid Air

the frigid air snaked across

my skin and left it tingling

       with frostiness

the windchill scoffed at me

with it's hautiness as the air

swirled around me

  I seek shelter and refuge

    from the intensely

 frigid elements

What a beauty your poem is! I live near Sintra in Portugal and have experienced the piercing frigid air you are talking about during winter. It really snakes over the bare skin. No wonder you seek shelter from frigid elements. Thanks for your liking my poem The Worshipper of Love. -Mohammad
