F	Friends have each other’s backs
R	Real friends build each other up
I	I escape in my friend’s problems
E	Enthusiastic together and on the phone
N	No is okay, between friends.
D	Doing things together feels good.
S	Silence is okay
H	Have each other’s backs 
I	I need lots of them, and they rally for me.
P	Puts your attention outside yourself
