Friendship is important to have
You are not so lonely all the time
Friends come from near and far
Some have been since childhood
Some as the years go by
Friends may last just a day
Friends are brought into
your life when the time is right
Friends can become
just like family
Friends share their
dreams and sorrows
Friendship lives on
throughout our lifetime
Some friends turn against you
in your time of need
Some friends stick by
your side through it all
