Friendship
Into the darkness of my life , you brought
meaning,
When i was wounded , you rescued me
with your healing,
When nightfall came and i wandered in the
abyss,
You rode on a mighty stead , and granted
me new life
When darkness impaired my very being,
You stood as an iron pillar , for me to lean,
When all fled leaving me in despair ,
You reached out to me and and whispered
'' I will not abandon you ,this i swear''.
Friendship is a bond that outlives time,
A friend descends into the heart of
darkness,
to save you , no matter how deep the
climb,
Let our journey together be recorded in
history,
A godsend you will remain , in my life's
story.
