Friendship
Friendship flows in a silver stream
Forging bonds where it’s been.
We don’t how, we do not care
For when it comes it’s just there.
Minds and thoughts together bond
When heart and soul both respond.
Each will share a common space
When spirits meet and they embrace.
No need to look into an eye
You know, without asking why.
You think as one, never two
It’s always us, not me and you
Sometimes friends you’ve never known
Will risk their lives for your own.
For when your life’s in grave danger
You may be saved by a friendly stranger.
In a silver stream, does your friendship flow
Don’t hold it tightly, just let it go
Throughout the land, all over the sea
And you’ll soon discover what its worth will be.
