Friends Forever

If there is one thing I have learned
It is that I learn well from you
You are my best teacher
And a friend that is true.

I also learned
I could follow your guide
Where I had stumbled
I could now take a long stride.

I learned a friend stands by
In times of good and bad
And is always in good cheer
Especially when I am sad.

Finally I learned from you
Never ever say never
And I can prove it to you, my friend
By being yours forever.
