Friends Are a Good Memory
My love for him unfolds like a beautiful lily,
Extends like the branches of a spruce and pine.
Hugged and caressed by the wind,
As quaint as the geese on the shore and the ducks on the lake.
He is my Robert Barrette Browning to my Elizabeth Barrette Browning,
"How do I love thee let me count the ways."
A friend beyond care, with him from day to day as friends,
What will I do without him, I am sad beyond words.
I don't ever wish to say good-bye,
He is living his dream I said and I am happy for him.
I hope that he will miss me too and keep me in his memory.
He is very handsome, muscular and tall.
I will always remember his hug and kiss,
His beautiful blue eyes, i fell in love with him the day we met.
The day he came by to see my apartment,
My relatives had made that spacious and beautiful.
A dear friend whom I will miss,
I hope that he will come back to visit.
