Friend of Nature

Swaying, twisting in the wind
With face to the morning sun
Face lifted to the sky
And nostrils flaring wide

Inhaling the sweet breath of the wind
Caressed by sunshine beams
Drenched in warmth and clothed with beauty
After the rainfall

Singing under her breath
Drawing in the notes
The music whisperer in a swing
Every note a precious thing

She shares her beauty with the wind
And gives a garland of a song
To the sky above her head
And waits for their reply
