Friend

True friend, I presume
is natural flower-bed
that grows hot smiles
Is a cool oven of heat
that sets heart on fire
When hard times come
when good days appear
smoky sincere love rises
up the chimney of trust
for both to enjoy dearly
good meals of friendship
on flower-table of love
