Friday

Like everyone else I long for you to come.
this week looks too long I don't know why.
Waking up every morning hoping the week days will pass.
I know you wont last,
also I know that I will forget you once you have passed,
but I know you possess fun.
for I know I will get drunk and lose it,
for I know there will be too many girls to think of my wife.
on the next day obviously I will remember her as the love of my life.
when you come, as it usually happens.
so many will mess up,
only a few will get home on their A game.
some will get laid and forget as if love is a game.
On Monday, to think of you I had too much on my mind,
I can share it with you if you don't mind.
days passed so fast, now I can feel the sound of you coming.
