Notes About The Poem

Fresh Night

while full blooms quiver
cool waves are pounding the rocks
stars are in her eyes

backwards and forwards
the wind wanders everywhere
bringing far off scents

small splashy puddles
remnants of a rainy noon
moisture in the air

he catches her eye
then he smiles at her and winks
a spring flirtation

Four brilliant haikus. Loved the way you inserted a bit of romance.

Excellently constructed, Evelyn, your haikus are lovely, the topic is appealing, and the overall look is superb; your excellent phrasing adds to the radiance of this artwork.
