Precisely. Have you ever noticed that when shopping cashier's lanes are empty but the minute you're ready to check out, they are suddenly filled up with people. We called it the 'herd mentality'.

The hummingbirds we had this summer were that way. One would flit about my head while I filled the feeders, then he would fly away and a few minutes later all 20 of them would show up.
