Freedom of the Eagle

I am flying...
 Flying away with the wind

Away from the place that I once knew...
Streaking down through what once were trees but now

 Are buildings...
A place that was mine until it was ripped from beyond my

Reach by the powers and riches of man...
I am a blur of black and white for those who care to

 Even quickly glance
But as for those who truly care I am an animal with

No home, no family, and no freedom !
Man with its filthy greed and heart of stone !

They stole my home to put up theirs !
They're tall stone buildings made up with fancy

 Decorations
To this day since they moved here they repay not only me,

But the other brothers and sisters of the wild as well
By poaching and killing us with blood spilling metal

 Mechanism for sport !
Maybe one day they will realize...
