The Bill of Rights is a guarantee of the rights we have as Americans. It does not give us the right to use them foolishly with no respect for why they were placed as and addendum to the Constitution.

Freedom of Speech By Franklin Price 9/25/2017 Freedom of speech, an amendment right Gives us the voice for every fight To have no fear, of what we say, For better lives, it's freedom's way We have the right to use it wrong For foolish things that don't belong To have no thoughts, that what we say Will not bring us to a better day To quote the right, just for it's sake And not discuss with give and take To shove amendment one in face Doesn't get us to a better place If what we say is in our hearts Yet what we speak tears us apart Maybe we should stop and say There has to be a better way To say it is the easy thing To do it you must wear the ring Do all the things that you can do Then the First Amendment works for you
