Freedom From Within

The quiet girl
Who's thoughts were much to loud
Stayed trapped inside herself
She never made a sound
Now the noise outside is much to heavy
 the silence inside her defeaning
With her voice, she finally screamed out
She became free

Hmm...very interesting! A deep throated scream does the mind, body and soul a lot of good! I say, let it all out. To suppress stress can cause cardiac arrest!! I enjoyed reading your poem this morning. Take care!
