Freedom from fear

Both desire and aversion let’s put on pause, for they should not exist and yet they appear, so in the void of silence, look at the cause of why ripples in consciousness our heart spear, demolishing inner peace with its sharp claws, manifesting thus at our core, a strange fear. We discern fickle attention is to blame, immersed in trance forgetting we are the flame.
