Freedom

This day is here
In spite of my tear

How it troubles me to watch it unfold
As people take for granted all the Freedom they hold

Having been warned
And having been told
Why must it be
Why haven't we learned
Why is it that we to have our backs turned

Doesn't Love matter
Are we not one
Our strength is each other
Come hold my hand
Stand together to let Freedom Rule this Land
