You have the ability to free yourself at anytime.
Stop treating yourself like you've committed a crime.
Stop beating yourself up for what could have been.
Stop obsessing over what can't be seen.
To free yourself, you allow.
You live in the now.
You flow.
You let go.
Choose gratitude.
Now that's the attitude.
That can change any mood.
Allow you to feel renewed.
Remember it's all about how you feel.
From this your world will reveal.
