.... " Free With Mother Nature " ....... You can't move and dance like Fred astaire, Or be on stage ,a calender girl,proud and bare, You can't climb a mountain right to the top, Be a farmer, milk cows or have acres to crop, No when you look at your life there's a lot you can't do, When pain rips your body through and through, But there's no need to lock yourself away , Scared to come out for another day , For have you ever heard a gentle wave hitting the shore , And wishing you could stay there for ever more , Or watching the sunrise in colours of pink and red , Being so glad that you got out of bed , Or seen a bird gliding through the sky , Swooping down to the ground , then up high, Yes Mother Nature puts on a show or two, To make you smile, not feel so blue, Feeling the bright sun upon your face , As it feels warm and inviting like delicate lace , Or feel the softness of a summer breeze, Swinging the leaves softly upon the trees , So when your in pain and feel you can't go on , Just remember mother natures here to help you along ... **************************************
