You’re locked up, in the dark, forsaken and forlorn,
All alone with nowhere to go.
When every ounce of your being only ever wants to create
A dazzling musical show.
Your master thinks you’re comfortable resting,
Laying quietly in piled feather down.
And you lay there dreaming of the days and nights
You made music all over the town.
You want your neck to be held, taken and controlled,
Then caressed all along its length.
And you want your body to be worked, rhythmically strummed,
And plucked with all of his strength.
And when this happens you’ll let out a purr
Then get rowdier and louder with each strum.
And then you’ll scream, igniting the crowd,
As your G-string gets buzzed with his thumb.
You don’t want to be locked up, alone in the dark,
Dreaming of happiness that you can share.
You’re a beautiful guitar, you should be out and about,
Spraying your love all over everywhere.
