Free Time

I'm doing just fine without you
my days have never been more full
working ten hours, sleeplessness
yeah, I'm doing just great
the hardest part is figuring out
what to do with all this free time

I've gotten real good at solitare
crossword puzzles leave me breathless
I can sing the lyrics to all sad songs
I've even written a few of my own
I'm donating clothes to the shelter
this diet isn't one I would choose
and I can always pick up tomorrow
with the things left for me to do

I'm doing just fine without you
you don't need to worry bout me
don't let it bother your conscience
cause I'm gonna be just swell
