Racing for shelter, we defy the rain, our hearts a-song The heavens open, we slosh, slide and splash along Shaking our hair, water everywhere, we are free To laugh, to live, to love, to be ourselves finally Drenched to the marrow, we no longer care We're alive now, soaked but thriving in downpour's air We see who we are, the water's washed away our veneer Baring exultant, triumphant souls, who passion's perils now dare

This takes me back to when I was a kid, splashing around in the street's puddles with friends. Thanks for the great memory.
