Free Man

I breathe slowly
The wind touches me
Its so hard to stand still
Lost and crazy, you know the drill

I'm out of the hospital
And still standing tall
My heart is still crushed
How quickly Insanity rushed

So what now and where to go?
No more bouncing to and fro
Stability is what I need
Reality plants its little seed

I'll focus on this cool breeze
Focus on my breath for ease
No longer caged in raged
I am a free man today.
