Notes About The Poem

Free for All

There’s pollen power free from the flowers
     Just ask the bees

There’s solar power free from the sun
     Just ask the trees

There’s thermal power free from thee Earth
     Just ask da gnomes

There’s free electricity from lightening boltz
Free ions in zee Air ... everywhere
          Just ask the clouds

There’s endless quantum power
Free quirky quarks in the phantom Zone
          Just ask my clone

There is an eternity of free dream power
Free within the hours and hours of Sleep
Just woke up from the Deep

There is godlike power free for everyone
Just freely give in, confess obvious sins
          Believe in Him, expect miracles
Just ask and we all will win

There’s free electricity for us all
Just need the right gizmo already invented
Believing in a miracle that world leaders

All at once, like the hundredth monkey
                          Become enlightened

There’s revolution on the horizon, humans like to be free
If you just ask me, something BIG is about to happen
On this BIG blue ball of ours, something

                                Free for all

Hi Again, why this was never a POTD is beyond me, I wish I had your talent. Mine is different, but I’m not putting it down.. I have made plenty of errors over the years. But then I have written a lot of poetry.. I find this utterly beautiful., please keep writing Benjamin, thank you for being here. I agree with your point of view in this magnificent home.
