Free Cee This Sinner Was No Winner

THIS SINNER WAS NO WINNER

I forgave her and that was cool
She forgave me, alas what a fool
We both thought we had settled the score
But she had a boyfriend, while I got a whore
She crossed the proverbial street by design
But I crossed the god forsaken line
She did what she did due to a hormone
I did what I did due to testosterone
It was a game of tit for tat and all that
I gave her the finger with a tip of my hat
Her only solution was retribution
But I didn’t need her or absolution
She was smart but I was beyond brilliant
Women get weary but men are resilient
What counts is being able to bounce back
And to have what ladies like her always lack
She was no saint but I was a sinner
And as it turned out there was no winner
I still remember the day we came to part
And after everything she is still in my heart
