Free Cee An Indecent Descent

AN INDECENT DESCENT I fear each dawning every morning I face the fright every night Every minute of every hour And there is a corner in which I cower I cower in a corner at a secret place As I pray to God, just in case Just in case God is real after all And should death too soon come to call Black turns to gray and gray to blue As nighttime’s last gasp turned anew Another day to damn my soul’s one need When upon misery for me the sun and moon agreed Fear is found at the break of day All in the furtherance of what fades away Then welcome to darkness by a sun’s decent And too little time remains for me to repent © 2012 copyright PHREEPOETREE..~free cee!~
