What are pains if all pains are to bring redemption?
What is love if love is to end in hate?
What is hope if hope is left to suffer today for tomorrow?
I am a soul deserted in a waiting room
Where people of sin burn to ashes and reborn,
Just to burn once more,
What am i to the world when all i give is what it has?
Drowning in the river of remorse, mistakes i never learned from
A burning rose in the garden of life
A startling soul from the ashes of night
A Sun that never runs out of light
But all a dream a man needs to sleep
But in a shadow day a man needs not to weep
The agony felt by the bush when God was reaching out
The pains by God when Jesus got loud
Now man hopes for freedom once more
Free from the caging words we thought we drowned at sea
The unseen freedom from sin,
Now the silent voices are heard Him, telling how tired they are of this one,
But are they all worthy to see the next?
