Fred and Ethel

Fred never bought a pedestal for Ethel's keep and he provided her with only things cheap. Despite being a grouch and miser, it was oft clear Ethel was Fred's desire. Are you familiar with I LOVE LUCY? Fred and Ethel lived in the same building and were in every episode as Lucy and Desi's friends/consorts. They were somewhat older, but the couples were friends throughout the show's duration. Glad you enjoyed the clerihew - I just wish to remember how to spell it. All the best ... CayCay

this is just darling, Caycay!! You were quite imaginative in thinking of this couple! I used an oldie: sonny and Cher! Saw an awesome movie today and now I need to get off here and brew my two week's worth of Essiac tea. Joe should be home soon and I have not even got the sheets back on the bed.All I did today was laundry!!
