Fractured At Last

Fractured at last
Empires of glass
Built in fire blown sands
On distant fabled lands
In deep terrors heart
I see visions that lay waste to
Future memories
Only ebony eyes
know the strands of my passion
As electrons are in flux
Burning glass along the empires rim
Gilded in glass and gold an empire is built
And sold, fractured at last
The end of dreams
The coming of a Gilded age
in fire blown glass
of cryptic hearts beats deep
in the walls of sleep
Old memories swell at last
Cut my ebony eyes on electron streams
Burn the empirical drug
Diminions run the prodical son
In empires of glass dreams
Fractured at last
Stretching into the universe
As something come to pass
