Four Letter Word
If love were just a four letter word
Then the act would turn quite mundane
No need for talking or living out dreams
It would drive a man insane.
If love were just a four letter word
Then life would become a bore
One, two, three – then it’s done
This man would want some more.
If love were just a four letter word
With meaning defined by the heart
Then I, for sure, would practice that
And to it, be a part.
So, love is just a four letter word
But with meaning all should know
Let it be a part of everyday life
Let it flourish, let it grow.
