The caller was a detective. His words were that our baby was found alive and well. He said to meet him as soon as possible. Wishing each tree and house we drove past would be the last. Yearning to get there faster. Heart beating. I could think of nothing but smothering my beautiful baby with kisses forever. Each red traffic light seemed to make us wait so long. Then the green light only allowed the car to travel in slow motion. Fearful thoughts of the abductor of our boy, kept flashing into my mind. Racing to the house of the address we were given, a uniformed policewoman held him out for us to take him. My scream could be heard for miles, as I collapsed to the floor. That’s not our baby boy.

Missing child is a big worry of parents. They will leave no stone unturned to find their loving kid. Nice entry for the contest.

Oh no. I just saw "Sounds of Freedom" It brought me to tears. A true story on this subject. A girl & her little brothers story of being taken after trusting a former Miss beauty pageant winner who poses as a photographer at the mall. & yes they show us everything. Most of the buyers were middle aged white men, well there it is. Cartel uses them as slaves. It took this movie five years to be released due to red-tape! Shame on everyone. Thank you for posting what needs to be made awareness of S.V.

My suggestion is to watch this movie it's out now..."Sounds of Freedom" or please google the man the hero Tim Ballard. There is a miracle in this story. You can get plenty of information from his story, he is an advocate!

I wish I could take credit for creating an expose on missing children Anaya. We certainly need more talk and action on the subject as the figures and statistics on children that go missing is astonishing and the realization of what happens to many of these kids is heartbreaking. Mine is just an entry to a contest. But now I may look into writing a real piece on the subject if I can gather enough accurate data. Thank you for your wonderful comment.
