When I was lost like an old abandoned flour mill
I drifted here and there no place to call my own
I answered to no one, not even myself
I didn’t even have a place to call home…
*
Like King David, I cried out where are you?
Can you not hear me calling out in your name?
It seem as if wind had just stopped blowing
I heard a voice saying, “In my Father’s name I come to reclaim”…
*
Now you don’t see my lost soul walking about
I when I walk from place to place I make a joyful noise to my Lord
I feel as if the old mill could make flour once again,
And someday heaven will be my reward…
*
As I now sing praises and songs to Jesus
The music has a much sweeter sound
Because I found the Lord and Jesus
Cause now I know I have been found...
