Forgotten and Unredeemable

I'm forgotten...
and the thing is I never knew how
forgotten I really was until I was
reminded by your failure to
love me.

Now I'm sinking in
a reverie of loneliness,
and just can't seem to
find the barren shore.

I’m unredeemable…
and the thing is I never knew how
unredeemable I really was until I was
reminded by your incurable soul.

Now I am left irrelevant;
irreparable and wounded
without a mending suture-
for life is irrevocably unfixable,
and I am disregarded and
remain hopeless.
Despondent and desperate,
I will be remembered as unredeemable.

About self is only one who you thought, While temptation off we all had fought; Things slowly slipped, And off we got ripped; Wondering when we would be caught.
