Forgotten

I forget easy
But never to try and forget you
When I forget I'm forgotten
You are not that far
But remembering your distance
Is not too hard
I try and forget times of hope
In hope of never missing you again
Why is it out of compulsion for me?
And natural for you?
Words and numbers I see are you
You touch neither for me
Why do we both keep forgetting?
Why do we undermine me?
Being forgotten is easy
Forgetting too is , but not when it's you.
