Thank you Anna, I had a lot of fun with the 'art' . I love old cars & old roads. The old roads are so nostalgic to me, especially through the abandoned towns. It's kind of sad. Yet the everlasting stars are watching over, and time goes on.

Breathtaking in its originality. An old car watched by a starlit sky. Beautiful contrast. Well done!

Thank you Carol :-) I love the old trucks, and miss the old highways. The memories of the gasoline smell at the old service stations, the small towns busy with their neon lights. Now they're bypassed, quiet, returning to the earth. I'm way too nostalgic.

I like the creativity of this one. Enjoyed imagining seeing that ford sitting somewhere in a junkyard watching the sky. Thanks for all the visits. Sara

Thank you Sara <3 I love visiting your page. You are an amazing poet. Did you see my Poetry Soup a Welcoming Group poem? It was your heart that I was speaking of. I love that poem, it is a phenomenal piece of art. This poem is my reflections of the old highways and cars we traveled when I was young. I have my dad's old rsty truck, hoping to restore it someday.

Thank you, your kind words mean a lot to me. No, you're right, not forgotten, not to many of us. I hold the memories of the old roads close to my heart.
