Forgiveness

Loving you is a sin
all else fades away
The sins you do
I've already forgiven
Take my hand
hold it and never let go

Singing out of tune
No one sounds as good
You shouldn't be here
This place ain't for you
Blood flows like water
Yellow isn't your color
Come away with me
Here you shouldn't be

The dream I had last night
You were there and I'd dream it again
So simple, so sweet
I was out of breath
out of breath for you
So untouched by fear
So willing to be here

Empty pockets is what you have
Less is what you feel
Work you don't know
Fading away little by little
Till you're not there
Still I do care
