Forgiveness
I feel a let down yet it doesn't matter
My feelings show as my thoughts scatter
It's all about forgiveness and I feel I'm to blame
The things I can't forget I know it's not the same.
When you get back on your feet again
What you do is the intentions you send
That's when the beginning rises from the ashes of the end
I find comfort in the thought I can still call you friend.
Don't cry anymore because it shall be alright
The strength of belief drives away the darkness of night
Through it all I always knew I could see
The dreams became a part of me...
Forgiveness is always a good place to start
It begins in your mind but infects your heart
Forgiveness become just another state of mind
As it revives my faith in all of mankind.
