F Forgiveness can be so hard to give
O Our deepest emotions we all relive
R Returning to circumstances in your pain
G Growing your inner strength to maintain
I Innocence of events we misunderstood
V Volatile of deepest emotions a likelihood
E Each of us, our lessons we must learn
N Noting the feelings that cause us concern
E Evolving, learning the steps that intercede
S Standards are now highest for your needs
S Standing tall your truest feelings supersedes
