Forgiveness
Agitation within stirring
Our consciousness contracting
Mindful presence clearly does feel
Spiralling thought forms lacking appeal
From the void of stillness we then look in
An aspect of us has body association
Constantly anticipating outcomes
Clingy glue of ego residuum
As we do at this play peek
We recognise ego always seeks
Flitting from one illusion to another
By anchoring attention bliss throb smothers
Lower mind with soul seeks an appointment
Seeking forgiveness by quiet alignment
That we may reclaim our divinity
Love and light in continuity
