Forgive Us Both, Our Trespasses
If we till death in silence stay,
pray know these words I wish to say
I loved you once, for all that came,
should time be turned, I'd do the same
For all the pain and sadness shared,
for all those years, I truly cared
My wish for you tis to freely live,
my hope for us, is to forgive
I trust that we can both accept,
these thoughts of healing and respect
For what we gave, not what we lost,
for what came first, not what it cost
My heart then, does this branch extend,
it's simply this; to be my friend
