For my disobedience that displeases Your heart… …I apologize; as well as for my stubbornness of arrogance-dart Showing my defiance against Your plans, always right from the start… Lord, forgive me of my sins; from Your design I did depart. For my disloyalty that dishonors Your name… …I apologize; along my compromise with worldly vanity-game Manifesting my lack of faith in Your might’s flame… Lord, forgive me of my iniquities; I tainted Your holy fame.
