Forgive Is To Forget, I Cant Forget
It's dark.
No light shines in this little hole in my heart.
I've tried so many times to make this go away.
You left without a word, there's nothing else to say.
It wouldn't be as bad if you only did it once.
I know you haven't forgotten us.
Maybe you should clear the air, wake up, come back, and I'll make it clear.
You don't mean a thing to me, you never will.
My heart still beats, there is no more fear.
I'll explain it to the youngest one.
Why you left, why you still haven't come.
They will only know who you were, nothing else, nothing more.
Maybe one day you will see.
But in the dark of my heart you will be.
