Forgive and Forget

Love hast now faded
In its place Hate is traded
Death to lights spark
Now a heart lonely and dark

From this now dark place
Dost thy torment embrace
Forsaken and now forgotten
Thy love withered and rotten

Darkness dost now rule
Thy hatred unbearable and cruel
But fear not thy blinded treachery
From loves grave I pardon thee.

What a sad poem, especially if it is a true life experience. Touches one to the soul. Really like how you arranged it. So well done!

thank you so much for reading and taking time to comment. One can not forget until we are willing to forgive, that is how I live life. Thanks again for your words.
