Forevermore

Tears fallen from my forest eyes
Fears, again, reduced to mere lies
Cheers fade away in the wind of time, darling
Years have gone away like a dove, taking wing

Feel the teal in my torn heart
As it rips you apart more
However, from the very start,
I will love you forevermore

You will heal in no time now as the wind blows
It’s amusing that you’re no longer oh so lonely
Without me, entangled with your sheer shadows
You’re abusing your power over me, over me

I will still endure and love you
Forevermore, more and I will
Rescue you from longing rue
Be still, healing is near, be still

We used to be youthful and full of liberty
We used to be forever fulfilled and happy
We used to be interlocked with the breeze
We used to be set at ease, be set at ease

We’re forever lost in the wilderness of doubt
We’re forever running this route and no way out
You haven’t heard my plea of I-believe-in-you-truly
You haven’t found it absurd that we’re drowning delightfully

In our tears at sea
It created a forest in me
In me, in you and I
Take wing, just try!

You’ll see a storm within,
Spiraling through thick and thin
I’m enthralled and ensnared forevermore
As I cry a waterfall to the core, to the core…
