Forever To Abide In Your Blissful Glory, Lord

My God, You rule with omniscience-omnipotence

Such I can’t fathom midst wisdom-filled mystery!

I am but a mortal craving Your existence…

Yearning desperately for Your holy breath’s delight.

Quickening my soul, You wrought in me victory

Imparting divine nature* of Sovereign’s might.

Your instilled faith granted me life everlasting

Now, I’m bound for eternal light’s territory...

Freed from death-torture of excruciating hell’s sting

Forever to abide in Your blissful glory! 

*2Peter 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
