Forever Tears

My tears will fall forever,
For as long as I shall live.
Rolling down my cheeks,
Awaiting for my heart to quit.

These tears of sadness,
Surround my days,
Moisten my pillow,
While I sleep at night.

I awaken to my tear drops,
Refilled with new sadness.
Sadness of my lonely heart,
Aching for your love.

These tears appear,
Without hesitation,
Hoping you'll reappear,
And end all my sadness.

When my final day arrives,
My tears will turn to joy,
I'll join you in that special place,
Where broken hearts rejoin.
