Forever Gone

Contemplating my shadow
As it manifests you,
Nothing but void, my memories
Have become…
Gone,
And forever gone,

Out of you
But in me,
Immortal it may seem to be;
It breaks me apart again and again
Just to repair me,

Alone,
Yes! Alone I am;
The “You” I knew is
The person I wish
I once again could see…
Gone,
And forever gone,

Deceived by these delusions
That began living within me,
I loudly scream, to
 Release the beast in me…
Gone,
And forever gone,

Hallucinations, mirages, illusions...
The worlds that grasp me
And force me to live a life of
 Fantasies…
Where is reality?
Gone,
And forever gone,

Gone and forever gone,
To leave life and live in
Me… Making my ceaseless
Torment become… everlasting…

Gone and forever gone…
I sit down now,
Contemplating my shadow again…
Wishing it reflects me and not you…

Go… Forever… I need you no more…
