Forever Friend
You make me feel special.
Everyday you patiently wait.
For my return home, after a long working day.
No matter how upset, I intend to be.
You love me anyways, unconditionally.
You're a good listener.
You never have judged.
You are my closest companion.
My best bud.
There are people who don't understand.
The bond between dogs and humans.
Where loyalty is most sincere.
Having your back, keeping it real.
A forever friendship to carry.
In your heart, memories together.
Will stay with you on earth.
Until you meet again in heaven.
Your angel will be waiting.
For his owner to return home.
Showering you with affection.
He's been missing since he's been gone.
