Forever Dreams

content warning: briefly mentions death and describes a heartbeat

I have been shoved through the keyhole of death.
On the other side of then and now
you halt.
Once I was nursed by the wet thump of a heartbeat.
Shaken
by a sweet drip,
an everlasting quenching,
that once suddenly started wasting.
my misplaced thing:
memory of heart shaped fur
keeps me in this room of forever dreams
