For You Are My Gravity
I saw it instantly-
the inner repose that encompasses you
without fear.
your concealed heart is only for my soul
to see.
now we are wrapped in winter blankets,
warmth kept inside two hearts that live
for nothing except the longing for each
other.
I saw it instantly-
the intense weakness in your eyes you felt
for me without fear.
now I have an inclination that we are together
for the same reason…
to see the blazing and amazing fascination we
share without resistance or opposition.
for you are my magnet-
the gravity pulling me into an existence of
extreme devotion.
you have always been the charisma I desired....
